Christine is the former Chief of Policy and Strategy at the Australian Banking Association (ABA) where she led the industry’s response and submissions to the banking Royal Commission. She was instrumental in subsequent changes to the Banking Code of Practice and provided considered industry guidance that helped shape the banking sector of today. She also led the banking industry’s policy response and regulatory program for COVID 19 as well as the development of the ABA’s climate change and net zero transition program.

She also worked at AMP from 2007 to 2013 across product and financial advice, including three years with Hillross Financial Services. 

Christine is a co-founder of the debt relief charity, Way Forward Debt Solutions, and a Vincent Fairfax Fellow.

She brings deep relationships and connections across the political, media, banking and financial services sectors. Known for her creativity and authentic communications style, Keely prides herself on delivering integrated communications, government relations and strategy campaigns that win hearts and minds.

Marija specialises in training executives and their teams to better connect with their audience through storytelling that inspires and lands with maximum impact. She has a finely tuned political nous, an impressive list of connections and believes in making messaging clear and understandable no matter how complex the topic.

Known for purpose-led storytelling, Patricia connects people, brands, and stakeholders to something bigger than themselves. She has extensive expertise in media relations, ESG strategy and crisis management on regional and global scales.

A trusted adviser to CEOs and leadership teams, Patricia has a proven track record in enhancing corporate reputation, fostering stakeholder engagement and connection.

With a deep blend of technology and communications expertise, Cheryl is known for her creativity, unwavering passion for community outcomes and her ability to connect the dots between business and customer needs. 

At CALI, Luke is responsible for setting and executing the public policy agenda for CALI which spans the Life Insurance Code of Practice, accessibility of financial advice and life insurance, retirement, industry sustainability and mental health and conduct and prudential regulation.

Prior to CALI, Luke held a number of senior roles at the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority and MLC Life Insurance.

Luke is admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

More recently, she has worked as a management consultant to various Australian Government departments to help develop policy positions and establish bold reform agendas. 

Olivia has provided strategic advice and support to senior leaders as a former NSW Government policy adviser and former lead for NSW and ACT Government interactions at PEXA. She is passionate about government relations and the pursuit of stronger engagement to develop deeper understanding about Government and to find new ways for public and private sector organisations to collaborate. 

She brings strong capabilities in stakeholder engagement and, project delivery, with a consistent focus on driving positive customer outcomes.

Prue is known for her collaborative approach, strategic thinking, and commitment to operational excellence.

Ruo is an admitted lawyer and an MBA graduate from the USYD Business School.

Most recently, Richard spent nearly a decade working as the Financial Controller at the Insurance Council of Australia.
